In the spaces below, please identify all of the items you plan to sell at market. Additions to this list after this application has been accepted must be made in writing and submitted to the FFM Board of Directors for approval. Items not on this list or not approved by the Board, or found to be not in compliance by the Market Manager will not be allowed to be displayed or sold.
Under “Source”, specify if the product will be grown by you (“own”), or the specific local or regional farm(s) that the product will come from. For produce and food products, at least 50% of your table space or number of products offered must be grown, raised or produced by you, and anything purchased for resale must be either Local or Regional. Crafts must be 100% your own. Any products purchased for resale (not significantly further processed by you – see the example below), must be clearly identified on your table with the name and location of the producer it came from. Please see the enclosed Market Rules and Regulations for further information.
• Arrive early enough to set up & be ready to sell by 9:00 am. Vendors may arrive and set up beginning at 8:00am
• Maintain sanitary conditions of space and remove waste before leaving. Return your area to original condition.
• Please notify the Market Manager at least 24 hours before if unable to show for any committed dates.
• Abide by the Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc. Rules & Regulations as well as all pertinent tax, license, permit, & liability laws as required by the state of New York.
This application is not a guarantee that you will be accepted into the Market. The Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc. reserves the right to select vendors and products most appropriate to a local farmers' market, and which best serve the mission of the Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc. We may restrict or prohibit specific products in this application from selling at the Market. We may remove any vendor from the Market for cause. Flea market and garage sale items are NOT considered “Farmers' Market” related & are not appropriate for this venue. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. © 2018 Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc.
Each vendor space consists of 10’x10’ space.
Returning vendors and those committing to the most dates will have first option for table location.
I (we) the undersigned, have read the Rules and Regulations of the Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc. and agree to abide by all rules and regulations. I (we) further agree to operate my (our) table in accordance with these rules and regulations, and to pay all applicable fees as set out in this document. I (we) further understand that failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc. could mean dismissal from the market.
As a vendor wishing to participate in the Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc., I (we) agree to SAVE, HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFY the Fredonia Farmers' Market, Inc., its officers, members and sub-contractors from any and all liability, claim, demand or judgment arising from the performance of the terms of this agreement.
I am a New York state agricultural producer and in 2021 plan to grow the crops or produce the products listed on the attached page on land owned or leased by me. I understand that a farmers’ market representative may verify the information provided on this application by visiting my farm. I agree to inform the market of any changes in my production or marketing that affect the validity of the information in this application.
