ALERT ALERT ALERT
This week we will be relocating to the Fredonia Masonic Lodge, 321 East Main St.. We are moving to our winter quarters early, but our regular summer vendors will continue summer hours there, 9am-1pm, until the end of October. This will provide more room for vendors and safer parking for our patrons. The Market is grateful for the continued support of our customers through this construction summer. We look forward to serving our community through the winter, and to enjoying our delightful Barker Commons next year!
This Saturday, we have a special treat! At 11am, we will welcome a visit from the Fredonia Fire Department, with one of their big red shiny trucks and real firefighters, to talk to the kids about fire safety. These folks are hometown heroes who give of their time to protect us, so please come visit them and show our appreciation for their service.
October is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We will have a representative from the Cancer Services Program here at the market with information on this disease, the importance of early detection, and how to access services. This is the second most common cancer in the U.S., and early detection saves lives.
Fredonia Farmers’ Market has the very best in locally produced fruits and vegetables, baked goods for every dietary need, eggs, meats, maple products and raw honey, plants, beeswax candles, and artisan craft goods.
Every dollar our patrons spend at market stays in our community, and helps our small family businesses thrive. The Fredonia Farmers’ Market accepts cash, credit cards, and SNAP benefits.
